Product Creation Video

I’m away on vacation with my wife and I totally forgot my microphone. So, to tide you over until Friday when I get back, I’m posting a video of me teaching product creation in Australia. This was a couple years ago in Australia.

I’ll be doing TWO VIDEOS one Friday and one Saturday!!! You don’t want to miss them. On Saturday, I’ll be teaching a hidden way to DRIVE TRAFFIC to your websites. Some people have mentioned this, but we do this all the time and I’ll go into great details on Saturday’s Video!!!

Here’s me in Australia… Make sure you leave your comments!

Armand, Another great teaching tool! Can’t wait to experience Relaunch. I’m sure it will be fabulous.

I am using most of your products to create a new business enterprise in the area of Health, particularly getting well from chronic illness. It’s a huge market! I couldn’t do this without you. Plus, I’m also a devout follower of Alex Mandossian and Teleseminars. It’s informative to see how you two work together and feed off each other’s expertise.

You’re right Armand! Some people like to read, some like to listen, some like to watch – so it’s A BRILLIANT IDEA to make digital products TO SUIT EACH LEARNING PREFERENCE. I enjoyed listening to your related up-selling approach too (e.g. if you ordered the audio, you can purchase the transcripts…)

And REMEMBER THIS ONE TOO! — Some want to take you in through watching, listening and reading SIMULTANEOULSY – i.e. ALL THREE at the same time or in different combinations and sequences.

Imagine being able to provide the ULTIMATE UPSELL to your customers so that they can take in your information in multiple ways all-at-once. I know I would like to learn from you in this way. Do you want to experience an example of what I am talking about?

    Hi Armand,

As your “Continuing IM Student” I’m still implementing strategies I learned from you and your guests at my first Big Seminar (#2) and am really pleased and proud when I see or collaborate with some of the other attendees, who also continue to reap the benefits of your genius.

Your presentation here is absolute finesse. Again, I’ve taken notes and Loved hearing/seeing you, Alex and Mike.

My takeaway? I anticipate the IME Relaunch will be a yardstick to measure my advanced progress in 2008 that also helps to bring others nearer their goals.

    Thanks for Everything!

    Best Always,
    Cynthia :)

Hi Armand, Thanks for sharing this video. I wondered what type of detail was covered in the larger seminars!

I have 3 questions. 1. You mentioned in the video you would revisit using the back button and two letters to increase traffic. what was the information regarding that?

    2. How do you test to see if someone will only buy a $97 product in your “pipeline” example, or if they will go for upsell in the funnel?

    3. Since Think and Grow Rich is trademarked, did you write a letter to the Napolean Hill Foundation to get permission to add your name as an author or was there another process?

    thanks and happy new year!

  18. Bernadette Says:

Thank you Armand for the great information…but I would like to know your tip ” to instantly increase my business by 30% by making two character changes in my website”…you referred to this around the 19 minute mark in the video but the video did not cover it…looking forward to hearing what this would be…again thank you for the great info.

  19. ArmandMorin Says:

    Here’s the answer to a couple questions…

1.) The two character changes on a website to increase sales.

ANSWER: Remember this was an Australian audience. The answer was to put US after their price. By simply charging in US dollars they would have instantly had an increase in sales due to the price difference. :)

2.) How do you test $97 vs $97 + an Upsell?

ANSWER: Always have an upsell. We are in the process as we speak of adding upsells to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS. It’s never a matter of price with prospects. It’s a matter of VALUE. If presented right you’re upsell will ALWAYS WORK!!!

3.) Did I get approval from Napoleon Hill Foundation?

ANSWER: Yes and No. We didn’t since there are 6 different versions of Think and Grow Rich, we used the one version which was in the public domain. My publisher did work out the details of the legal wording on the book itself.

I hope these answer some of your questions.

  25. James M. Bryant Says:

What was the expression you used? “WHOLLY CRAP!”? I receive tons of e-mails from guys like Jay Abrahams, Zig, Jim Rohn, all wanting to sell me their inspirational CDs, which is all well and good, but they NEVER offer A WAY to make the MONEY!

I have been in the marketing business for a few short years,(I used to produce modeling and swimwear shows)everything that I have learned was either from communication with someone who has their act together or who was out to take me for a ride, and drive off with my hard earned dollar.

BUT you speak, and tell some very good ideas, your stories and the links you present in the first video has given me more in one hour than all the time I spend listening to ALL (I have a lot of them too)the “top selling Gurus” CDs and tapes.

    Thanks for all your tips.

    All the best.

  26. Gail Says:

    Hi Armand,

Vacation! Fun! I hope you and your wife are having great fun! And still you’re putting out videos? Wow. And again the latest one is so inspiring, thank you!

But I also see pretty enormous gaps I’m curious to hear how you’d answer.

    For example:

    $50-75K in a week? That’s pretty impressive.

Easy to do? Sure - for you - you can leverage your name, your list, your network, your established tools and processes, etc.

But for those of us without your name, your list, your network, your tools, your processes… I bet it’s not the same story. I’ve been *months* in the process. Maybe it’ll eventually make $50K - but *when*? Maybe I’ll eventually learn the 20% to put my 80% effort into that draws results. So far I’m spending lots of time developing and learning what *not* to do. Thank God for the story of 10K mistakes before a lightbulb happened - or else I’d throw in the towel.

    $50K in a WEEK?

I think that’s Morin slight of hand.

    What’s behind the curtain?

What I’d like to see is this - (and I bet this product would make you a fortune) -

    Let’s see you:

    - start with a made-up pen name
    - start from scratch, no list, no network
    - research a new product from scratch
    - create that product
    - show how much time it took you to do your market research and product generation and website / webpage creations
    - launch your product
    - show how much you make in a week from your date of launch
    - video everything - every step of it - from the very beginning where you read this email, all the way through to your first sale coming in and then the 7-day mark ending. Everything - The writing the sales letter part, the part where you decide what product and how you decided it, you creating your shopping cart and upsell process - the whole shebang (reality tv baby)

How long does it *really* take?

I bet I’m not alone - I bet a good part of your audience - like me - does not have your following or your inside knowledge to make $50K in a week.

What’s the *real* story for us, Armand?

So curious, and appreciating all you’re doing!
    Gail

  27. ArmandMorin Says:

    Gail,

$50k a week. Yeah, I forgot that’s an old video. My business currently averages over $280,000+ per week right now!!!

Yeah, we do $15,000,000+ per year in sales.
That’s without product launches as many of you know, I haven’t done
any major launches on anything in the past year.

BUT… I think you missed my point of the whole process.

HERE’S THE KEY TO SUCCESS ON THE INTERNET!!!

    Ready?

Many of you are focusing on making $50k a week. That’s fine, but before you can make $50k, you need to make $1. Then $100, then $1000 and so on. The money will come.

I have something special I’m releasing on January 1st teaching you exactly how to do this. So stay tuned.

The process is so drop dead simple and that’s why people don’t do it. It’s been taught for anything to be worthwhile it has to be difficult and that’s the biggest load of crap I’ve ever heard!!!

It’s called working smarter. On January 1st, you will ALL know exactly what I’m talking about. It makes sense and IT’S OBVIOUS.

    Stay tuned… When? January 1st 2008! :)

    Armand

  28. ArmandMorin Says:

Oh yeah… I forgot to mention the fact. That the majority of my business DOES NOT even use my name!!! Wait till January 1st and you’ll see exactly how I do it.

I had never heard of Armand before I received a link to his video from another marketer. But, from everything I have researched, Armand is giving up the goods and this is why he makes the money.

I am doing exactly what you have suggested - no name, no network, starting from scratch etc. Check my blog and beconme a believer.

It helped to fill in some of the gaps I had about public domain.

Can you really just go to the federal trade commission articles and put your own name on them? Isn’t that plagery?

What prevents people from sharing ebooks they have purchased? or mp3 downloads and how do you deal with this from a profit/loss perspective?

    Hi Armand:

I’ve been spinning my wheels on the net for some time now and thought I’d seen all the ‘gurus’ there were. How come I never heard of you before signing up for your free course last week. Your training is the real deal and you truly fit the guru definition.

All the topics you discuss are so clear and in-depth. Very eye-opening as I haven’t seen before and I’ve seen a few. I’m suffering from info overload also and wish I’d known about your training before. Would definitely have helped me in my trials without all the errors. And this is free? Unbelievable. Is it really that simple and legal to create ebooks? Incidentally today is 1/12.

I know you’re having a product launch on 1/18 but is that separate from a product launch you mentioned in the training on 1/1? Did I miss out?
